To provide the remote connection we process an app-generated device identifier and minimal session metadata (time, outcome). Session content — screen, files, chat, input — travels end-to-end encrypted and is not accessible to or stored by the signaling server.

• Providing the remote support service — performance of a contract (Art. 6.1.b).
• Security, abuse prevention and diagnostics — legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f).
• Navigation statistics (Google Analytics) — consent (Art. 6.1.a), via the cookie banner.
• Legal obligations — legal obligation (Art. 6.1.c).

4. Disclosure and transfers

Data may be processed by providers acting as data processors (hosting/infrastructure, e.g. Railway; STUN/TURN servers; Google for Analytics). Any non-EU transfers rely on appropriate safeguards (standard contractual clauses).

5. Retention

Data is kept only as long as necessary for the stated purposes and legal obligations. Session metadata is retained for a limited period for security.
